Gold - Promax Awards: Global Excellence 2019 for the category, ‘Art Direction & Design: Typography’.
I designed and directed a mesmerising typographic promo for Star Trek: Next Generation for the SYFY Channel. The illustrated typography was inspired by the intricate and ‘vintage feel’ of the Starship Enterprise’s appearance and design. Each letter was meticulously crafted and designed using different parts of the starship. The simple Star Trek phrase “Here’s to the bold” elegantly lights up as they travel through space. This promo was a tribute and celebration for all the ‘Trekkies’.
